Program Information:

To assist in improving Texas court systems' knowledge about and response to domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking. Th Institute on Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault (IDVSA) at The University of Texas at Austin announces a competative training opportunity for building capacity as an expert witness.

 

  • Target will be 12 interdisciplinary community teams of 2 members
  • Three day curricumulm on how to use or be an expert witness
  • Financial asistanne (partial) to attend to selected applicant teams
  • CLEs and CEUs available

Send an email with "Intent to Apply" in the subject line to: IDVSA@austin.utexas.edu AND Identify yourself, your organization & contact informaton. You will receive an application in return. There is no guarentee of acceptance and you are not obligaed to complete the application.
